The day

Where to be, and when.

Section 02

General instructions.

These apply to every participant, for the whole day. Numbered so organizers can refer to them directly.

1. Report to the venue on time and complete the registration process before the hackathon begins.

2. Bring your own laptop and charger.

3. Have the required software, development tools and AI tools installed in advance. Additional libraries or dependencies may be installed at the venue after the problem statement is provided.

4. Follow the schedule, announcements and instructions provided by the organizing team throughout the event.

5. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to participants' personal belongings or equipment.

6. Lunch and refreshments will be provided to all registered participants during the event.

7. Maintain a professional and respectful environment with organizers, mentors, judges and fellow participants.

8. Use the internet and other available resources responsibly, and only for hackathon-related activities.

9. For any queries, technical issues or other concerns during the event, approach any of the event organizers for assistance.

10. Save and back up your project work regularly to avoid loss of data or progress.

11. Submit your project within the specified deadline and follow the submission guidelines provided by the organizers.

12. ID cards will be provided to all participants. Carry your ID card at all times and do not leave or misplace it anywhere at the venue.

13. Each ID card carries a QR code which can be scanned to access the complete set of hackathon rules, regulations, guidelines and other important information.

14. Problem statements will be provided to all participating teams at a time announced by the organizing team. Teams must begin developing their solutions only after the problem statements are released.

Section 03

Rules & regulations.

These govern your team, your submission and your conduct. Rules marked with a red rail carry a stated consequence.

1. Each team must participate with the same members who were registered for the hackathon. No changes to team members are allowed without approval from the organizers.

2. The submitted solution should directly address the given problem and demonstrate a practical and innovative approach.

3. Submit original work. Do not copy or plagiarize another participant's or team's project.

4. You may use publicly available APIs, libraries, frameworks, datasets and open-source resources, provided their usage complies with the respective licenses.

5. Be prepared to explain your solution, approach, technologies used and key features during the final evaluation.

6. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, impersonation or unfair practice will result in immediate disqualification.

7. Do not attempt to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the systems, networks or resources provided for the hackathon.

8. Follow all applicable laws, institutional policies and company rules while participating in the event.

9. Do not use offensive, discriminatory, harmful or inappropriate content in your projects.

10. The judges' decisions regarding project evaluation and winners are final and binding.

11. The organizing team reserves the right to modify the schedule, rules or event arrangements when necessary.
